RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT
STATE OF COLORADO
Assumption of Risk: I fully understand that participation in the event may not only involve risk of serious injury or death, economics loss, property
damage, or loss that may result from the participant’s own actions, inactions, or negligence, but also from the actions, inactions, voluntarily agrees
to assume this risk.
Covenant Not To Sue: I, or the participant’s, my or the participant’s personal and legal representatives, heirs, successors, and next of kin will not
make any claim against , Rawhide Rodeo Company, Wyatt Crowder and Dave Wolfe, or any of its present or former officials, employees, agents,
attorneys, insurers, and representatives and their respective successors, heirs and assigns or any volunteer(s), for injury, damage, death, or any
other loss arising from or related to participation in the event. Further, the participant’s personal and legal represent, heirs, successors, and next of
kin will not make any claim against /Rawhide Rodeo Company and their Affiliates and/or Wyatt Crowder and Dave Wolfe, or any of its present or
former officials, employees, agents, attorneys, insurers, and representatives and their respective successors, heirs and assigns or any volunteer(s),
for injury, damage, death, or any other loss arising from or related to participation in the event.
Release: I, or the participant’s, my or the participant’s personal and legal representatives, heirs, successors, and next of kin, forever release, waive,
discharge and relinquish /Rawhide Rodeo Company and their Affiliates and/or, Wyatt Crowder and Dave Wolfe from any and all actions, causes of
action, claims, charges, demands, losses, damages, costs, attorney’s fees, judgments, liens, indebtedness, and liabilities of every kind and character,
whether known or unknown, including foreseen or unforeseen bodily injury and personal injuries and property damage that may be sustained by
the participant in any way connected to, related to, or arising out of the participation in the event, regardless of any negligence of /Rawhide Rodeo
Company, and their Affiliates.
Good Health: I warrant that I am or participant is in good health and have no physical condition that would prevent me from participating in the
event. I have had the opportunity to seek medical advice for any concerns I may have had regarding my health.
Riding and Participation: I understand that as a rider, I am participating and riding at my own risk and am responsible for any injuries I might Incur
as the result of my participation.
Permission to use Images: I grant permission for and Rawhide Rodeo Company, and their Affiliates to use video and/or photo images of me or the
participant for promotional purposes. These images or photo’s will be taken at random throughout the event. I or the participant agree not to
charge and will not receive any monetary or residual payment for use of the images or photos
Statutory Limitation on Liability: I understand that under Colorado Law, equine professionals or equine activity sponsors are not liable for injury to
or death of a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities, pursuant to section 13-21-119, Colorado Revised
Statutes.
I have carefully read this Agreement and fully understand its contents. I am aware that I have given up substantial rights by signing the Agreement, and I am signing
the Agreement voluntarily. I have no obligation to participate in this event or sign this Agreement. But I desire to do so. I certify that I am at least 18 years of age.
I, as an entering mini bronc rider, mutton busting, calf riding, steer riding and have read and understand the /Rawhide Rodeo Company guidelines. I assume all
risk and danger incidental to the nature of Mini Bronc, mutton busting, calf riding, steer riding. competitions and release and Rawhide Rodeo Company, Wyatt
Crowder and Dave Wolfe, and their host site, title sponsors, host organizations, participating owners, their animals, and all agents thereof from any and all
liabilities resulting from such cases. Entering mini bronc riders mutton busting, calf riding, steer riding also recognize that the event producer has contracted
professionals in the fields of Judging of Veterinary Medicine and the decisions of those individuals contracted is FINAL. There is NO APPEALS PROCESS. By signing
below, I concede to any and all rules, regulations, guidelines, and disclaimers printed stated herein. MINI BRONC RIDERS mutton busting, calf riding, steer riding
MUST SIGN.
I agree to all the above whether I choose to wear a helmet and vest or I choose not to wear a helmet and vest YES To Wear_________NOT To Wear_________
